You know when you come across a brand and you just connect with it? This happened to me when I was introduced to Phaein and I really resonated with not only their positive ethos but of course their beautiful underwear collection. You see I think it’s important to champion brands that support the right ethics, that have heart and soul, that are authentic<\/em>. Phaein really cares and it shines through.<\/p>\n

I’m going to get a little personal with you today, I mean if I can’t do this when talking about undies then when can I? Many of you will have been through a lot this past 16 months, what with the pandemic, wedding postponements and perhaps even wedding cancellations. You may have heard me talk about this before, but if you haven’t, back in 2010 when G and I were planning our first wedding, I was suffering from panic attacks. Sadly just 6 weeks before our wedding date, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to cancel our day. I just wasn’t well enough and we felt we deserved to enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime experience. It was not easy and it was stressful. So I feel like I can imagine a sense of what many of you may be feeling, thinking or doing right now if you have cancelled or postponed your wedding. Or are perhaps feeling drained from all the changes we’ve been experiencing.<\/p>\n

First and foremost, let me reassure you. You are not alone in this. Together as a community, the UK wedding industry and couples globally are experiencing the same turmoil.<\/p>\n

Secondly, this will pass. One of my key mottos in life, when I am struggling with something, is, this will pass<\/em>. What am I trying to say? You will<\/em> move forward, you will<\/em> be married and you will<\/em> feel fantastic.<\/p>\n

Talking of feeling fantastic, do you think you deserve to feel utterly amazing, body confident and empowered on your wedding day? Because I certainly do<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Especially if you are also nervous about venturing back to the ‘new’ normal. I have been feeling some anxiety about returning to life and seeing loved ones, but I am so excited too. It almost feels surreal, doesn’t it? This is a great time to work on your well-being pre-wedding. Treat yourself with kindness and patience and do the things that make you feel amazing.<\/p>\n

Beautiful Wedding Underwear<\/h2>\n

You have your dream<\/em> wedding day outfit, you have been pampered, your wedding is set and ready before you. But what about your bridal underwear, have you considered it yet? I don’t know about you, but when it comes to undies, comfort is paramount. There is no way on your wedding you want to feel uncomfortable, restricted and quite frankly, unable to boogie on the dancefloor. Right?<\/p>\n

Secondly, the underwear fit is everything. If your bra and knickers fit just so, your true shape will shine and you will feel fantastic. I really love that Phaein has such a broad range of sizing, I often find it hard to find my bra size, but they had it covered. Their sizing ranges from XS-XL in knickers and A-H\/28-36in bras which is just brilliant for so many body shapes.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
