Final Check On The RSVPs<\/h3>\n<p>Have a final check on your RSVPs. Quite often you will get last-minute dropouts, don&#8217;t worry, this is normal. Illness or unforeseen circumstances will crop up, simply amend your list and let your venue or suppliers know. If you have a backup guest list (be wary of these and fully transparent to avoid any hurt feelings) now&#8217;s the time to invite those guests.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Pay Final Balances<\/h3>\n<p>If you haven&#8217;t yet done so, check in with your suppliers to see if you need to settle any final balances. It&#8217;s likely that suppliers will have been in touch to request payment, but it&#8217;s still good to check your own records.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Confirm Your Table Plan<\/h3>\n<p>If you have changes you can make and are able to edit your table plan, it&#8217;s a good idea to do this. If not, don&#8217;t fret, these things happen and no one is likely to notice a change of seat too much.
