I thought this morning i would start the day by introducing to the fantastic Big Little Things<\/a>. Big Little Things is pretty much a one stop style shop for couples, with flowers, an award winning bakery,  stationery, gifts and accessories, all to help you in creating your wedding vision.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

{w} Hi Big Little Things, could you firstly tell {www} readers a little bit about you?<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

We are Sarah and Fran who together are \u2018Big Little Things<\/a>\u2019. We are a bespoke wedding and events service. We are quite a diverse \u2018one stop shop\u2019 if you will. Our main areas of expertise are couture wedding cakes, wedding flowers, bridal accessories and finishing touches. We primarily design and create one off pieces, although we do have an online shop too which offers unique and on trend items. We pride ourselves on our products being in the main handmade by us in our home county Shropshire, although we travel throughout the UK and further afield when needed. We like to keep made in the UK alive.<\/p>\n

{w} What do you love\/dislike about your job?<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s a joy to be creative for a living and to be able to design and create someone\u2019s perfect bouquet, ideal wedding cake or timeless accessories. It\u2019s a very emotive occupation and you see things through the brides (and on occasion the grooms!) eyes. It\u2019s sometimes hard to switch off! It\u2019s hard to control when inspiration will present itself and waking up a 3am to sketch is not unknown. We both suffer with this and love and hate it in equal measures!<\/p>\n

{w} How did you get into the wedding industry?<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

When each of us got married we both struggled with trying to liaise with suppliers. It was a bit of a headache trying to make sure that colour matched and that the cake maker understood what the florist was doing. Continuity is key to us and most brides. We believe it is vital for all aspects to work in harmony with one another. And not mention the travel cost of going to meet lots of different people. So some years later following maternity leave we decided we\u2019d turn our creative hands to where we are now!<\/p>\n

{w} What do you aim to achieve for your clients?<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Our mantra is that we will take care of the little details that are a big deal on your big day. We understand that each aspect of their wedding day matters. We aim to create bespoke products that are as unique as each client. A bride may have a really clear idea of what they want and just need it brought to life. Others may be less certain, but know that they would like something that has been created just for them.  Through our creative, friendly and professional service we can help make their dream day become a reality.<\/p>\n

{w} What style is your work?<\/strong><\/em><\/span>
\nOur style is being able to diversify between the contemporary and the vintage. From the classic to shabby chic, its great being a chameleon and in our case, two heads are most certainly better than one.<\/p>\n

{w} Could you tell us some information about your packages\/prices?<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Our initial design consultation is free where you can tell us about you and discuss the details: the dress, wedding plans, theme etc.<\/p>\n

We truly believe that all wedding day dreams can be realised. You do have to be realistic with your budget and your wants but where there\u2019s a will there\u2019s a way. All bespoke items are POA.<\/p>\n

{w} Do you have any tips for couples in selecting wedding suppliers?<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

“Get a few like for like quotes. For example don’t get different quotes from different florists for different types of arrangements or flowers because it won’t be a true reflection. Always look for quality and most importantly, choose people you like. Be lead by your heart, much as you are in getting married. It’s all about falling in love with the products<\/p>\n
