Client to provide the band with an emergency contact number for the day of the event. The band will ensure a minimum of 2 ‘core’ members are present for the event, but due to the nature of the business reserves the right to perform with ‘deputies’ should the occasion require due to illness or other circumstances. The band will require a hot meal for each member. The band reserves the right to cancel the performance if their equipment is damaged or feel in danger at any point.
