Turning your dreams into a beautiful ceremony ... how it happens:
• it's always a good idea to have a call / meeting before making any firm commitments, so you can get a feel for me and I can answer any questions you might have. We can have a free, no-obligation consultation, if possible by Zoom or phone, but in person if that feels better for you
• we will have a planning meeting, either in person or by Zoom if more convenient (approx. two to three hours) at a pre-agreed date, ideally around eight months before your ceremony (obviously the timing depends on the lead time for your ceremony). This will give us time to discuss your thoughts for the ceremony in detail, and of course I'd love to hear your story.
• I am available for ongoing advice, guidance and support during the preparations for your ceremony
• after our planning meeting, I will provide a running order for the ceremony and delivery plan for writing / approving the script
• I will create a unique ceremony script for your ceremony, written by me, which I will deliver, personally, on the day
• I never book other appointments on your special day, I will arrive at least an hour before your ceremony to make sure you're both ok, the ceremony venue has everything we need, and of course to welcome your guests
• On the day I will give you a commemorative certificate, and a keepsake copy of your ceremony script, printed on handmade paper, presented in a ribbon-tied box.
During our time working together, I promise that I will be friendly, professional and attentive at all times during the preparation and delivery of your ceremony. I also give you my commitment that I will work with any other suppliers to ensure your ceremony goes smoothly.
