I’m naturally very chatty and personable - I love people and I love getting to know the people I work with. However, I’m also adaptable, so if you’d prefer a discreet, fly on the wall photographer I can be that too, just let me know what you’re looking for from me and we’ll go from there. Essentially the day is yours and I see my role as helping you to achieve your dream in any way I can.
My work has been shortlisted for the Creative Pool Awards 2024, as well as being shortlisted for a national gallery exhibition. For Creative Pool I am one of the final 35 shortlisted photographs, and I’m part of the final 10 photographers for the gallery exhibition. Watch this space for updates!
My experience as a photographer is quite varied. Unlike some photographers who specialise in weddings, I take a wider approach and alongside weddings also specialise in; Portraiture – capturing people in the way they want to be seen, whether as individuals, couples, families or groups, both personal and professional Pet photography – savouring the love and pure joy of fur babies living their best lives Boudoir photography – capturing intimate photos of individuals, couples or more, with a focus on body-confidence to help people believe in their own beauty Concept photography – bringing artistic concepts to life to visualise themes and ideas that can often be quite deep and hard-hitting Business photography - showcasing products and services while creating or highlighting a brand through imagery While studying photography at university, I started my professional journey with a boudoir shoot that quickly led to me photographing the client’s wedding. From there I have followed my career path as its developed, taking and making opportunities to share my love of photography with others. Some might say Jack of all trades, Master of none but I like to think Jack of many trades and a Master of many as well, I’ve just chosen to focus on more than one thing I’m good at!
For me it’s all about preparation and planning. There are never ending wedding photos online – take your time to look for ideas, find the vibe you like and rule out things you definitely don’t want. Whether it’s style, atmosphere, specific shots or an overall concept, it’s great if you have an idea of the photos you want to end up with. I’ll be there with you through that planning and will help you decide what’s achievable at your venue, with your time-frames and number of guests etc, so that by the time we reach the day we’ll all know what is happening and how we’re going to achieve it. I’m also happy to offer ideas and explore possibilities you may not have thought of, so if the idea of capturing your day is overwhelming or confusing, don’t worry, that’s where I come in to make it all a possibility for you.

I love capturing people being themselves and shining in their own way. When it comes to weddings that means capturing the individuals and also who they are as a couple, alongside the relationships they have with their family and friends. Authenticity and love are what I aim to capture at any wedding.
Your wedding photos will never be about me. My role is to achieve the photographs you want in the way you want it to happen. I can’t work miracles, but everything I can do is focused on you.
Shooting the wedding of Connal and Daryl will always stick in my mind as a beautiful and poignant day. It was a post-Covid wedding and no one really knew if it would go ahead for sure until the day, so there was a lot of anticipation and anxiety. A wedding is always special, but bringing people together after such a long time apart when all the guests needed the connection and interaction was even more so. There was a lot of laughter and a lot of love. Everyone wanted to celebrate the couple to a level that was heightened due to the wedding being delayed and the overall post-lockdown adrenaline. Add that to the beautiful venue and the clear adoration between Connal and Daryl and I don’t think it could have been any more special.

I want your wedding to be everything you want it to be, and if you give me the opportunity to be part of that I will do whatever I can to help you achieve your dream photos. I’m also realistic though and will never make any false promises or offer hopes that I don’t’ think can be achieved. Some photographers have a set style and that is what they offer. That’s great for the people it works for but it’s not how I work – I adapt my style to achieve what you want. I’m also very flexible; while I offer set packages, they are all adaptable so that between us we can find a solution that fits your dreams, needs and budget. I don’t want for anyone to miss out on the everlasting treasure of wedding photos because of financial constraints or other limitations. My attitude is that there is always a workable solution and that is what I offer to my clients.
