Permits and Permissions. All permits and permissions required for the Photographer to photograph the event - whether for location, personal release or any other cause - are the responsibility of the Client to obtain prior to performance of the Services. Locations. All locations are to be disclosed to the Photographer prior to the wedding day (i.e. getting ready, first look, wedding ceremony, reception).  Expenses. Client will be responsible for reasonable expenses incurred by Photographer that are necessary for the performance of the Services as requested by Client. Meals. The Client agrees to provide a meal for the Photographer and Photography staff (second photographers, assistants, etc) if the requested services consist of six (6) hours or more of coverage. If a meal is not provided, the Client agrees that the Photographer and Photography staff are entitled to a 45-minute paid meal break. The Client agrees meals will be served at the same time as other wedding guests in order to maximise photography coverage. If the meal is served to the Photographer while other events are occurring, the Client agrees that the Photographer shall not be responsible for photographing those events.  Guest List.  A list of the wedding party and essential family and friends for group photographs is required before the wedding day. Waiver. Client (on behalf of himself/herself and any other participant whose image or recording may be captured by the Services) hereby waives all rights and claims, and releases Photographer from any claim or cause of action, whether now known or unknown, relating to the sale, display, license, use and exploitation of Images pursuant to this Agreement. Equipment. Client will not be required to supply any photography equipment to Photographer. Manner of Service. Photographer will ensure that the Services are performed in a good, expedient and safe manner, and in such a manner as to avoid unreasonable interference with Client’s activities. Photography Staff. Photographer will, and will ensure that all Photography Staff (second photographers, assistants, or other parties) comply with the reasonable directions of Client regarding the safety of attendees at the Wedding and applicable health, safety and security requirements of any locations where the Services are provided. Photographer will be responsible for their own risk assessment and have the appropriate insurance coverage in order to complete the Services. Photographer will be responsible in every respect for the actions of all Photography Staff. Image Delivery and Ownership. Images will be delivered to you in a password-protected online gallery. Each photo will be provided as a high-resolution digital file to enjoy where you want. The gallery will be delivered within 12 weeks. You will also receive a selection of teaser images within 48 hours of the wedding day to share with your family and friends while you wait for the rest of your photos. Client Rights. Photographer hereby grants Client an exclusive, limited, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use the images delivered, as digital files or otherwise, for personal use. Photographs may not be sold or used in advertising or for commercial purposes unless otherwise specified by the Photographer. “Personal Use” includes, but is not limited to, use of photos on Client’s personal social media pages or profiles; in Client’s personal creations, such as scrapbooks, albums or personal gifts; in non-commercial physical display; and in personal communications, such as family newsletter, email, or holiday card. Client will not make any other use of the imagery without Photographer’s prior written consent, including but not limited to use for commercial sale. Photographer Rights. Any and all images - whether proofs, digital files, film stock, final prints or sample prints, and all rights to them - remain the property of the Photographer unless otherwise agreed to with written consent of both Photographer and Client. Photographer will own all right, title and interest in all imagery. Client (on behalf of themselves and any attendees at the Wedding) hereby grants Photographer and any of its service providers an exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, transferable and sublicensable license to use any materials created by Client or attendees, during the performance of the Services, Artistic Release. The Photographer will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the Services are produced in a style consistent with the Photographer’s current portfolio. Client acknowledges and agrees that: Client has reviewed Photographer’s portfolio and has a reasonable expectation that Photographer will perform the Services in a similar style. Photographer will use their artistic judgement when providing the Services, and shall have final say regarding the aesthetic judgement and artistic quality of the Services, Disagreement with Photographer’s aesthetic judgement or artistic ability is not a valid reason for termination of this Agreement or request for any monies returned. Post-Production. Post-production of the photographs includes basic processing (exposure, colour correction, toning, removal of temporary blemishes, sharpening) of the files. I understand that we all have our insecurities, but I also believe we're all unique and beautiful with or without the help of retouching. Any temporary blemishes that happen to be present on the day of your shoot (including bruises, scrapes, bumps, etc) can be retouched. I will not, however, alter the way you naturally look. If you’re self-conscious about something, please let me know, and I’ll be extra aware of that while photographing you. Any additional or complex retouching requested by the Client will be billed at £150/hour. In cases where additional editing takes less than one hour, the hourly rate will be prorated to reflect the actual time spent.  Authorship Credit. The Client will make a reasonable effort to credit the Photographer, accompanying photos wherever possible. Social handles will be shared with the Client after a booking is confirmed.
