The Full Day Package includes (subject to change by request):
• Performance during the arrival of guests before wedding ceremony
• Performance during wedding ceremony, including the processional, the kiss, and the recessional
• Performance during the arrival of guests before evening reception
• Performance during the first dance
• Choice of any songs in the Performer’s existing repertoire, or any songs with publicly obtainable string quartet arrangement scores
• Choice of 2 songs (not included above) to be arranged originally for the event
• Any transportation of the Performer’s equipment and travel costs to the venue
The Client agrees to:
• Ensure venue access at least 1 hour prior to performance.
• Provide a performance space of at least 4m x 3m.
• Provide 4 armless chairs.
• Ensure appropriate licensing is in place.
• Provide a suitable changing room facility to be made available for the Performer’s
sole, private and secure use.
For bookings exceeding 5 hours, the Client shall provide:
• A hot meal for each person
• Reasonable refreshments throughout the day
The Performer will usually perform acoustically.
If amplification or other audio equipment is needed, the Client must arrange and provide it, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This includes microphones, sound systems, power supply, technician support, and venue approval.
For any outdoor performance, the Client shall provide suitable cover and protection for the performers and their instruments. This must protect against rain, excessive sunlight, wind, and extreme temperatures.
