This week I am sharing WWW real bride Kate’s look from the WWW editoral shoot.
Kate looked stunning; with an ethereal paired back English Rose look. Her first look is quite classic, with Kate donning Isabelle by La Poesie and a rhinestone encrusted branch hair vine by Klaire Van Elton. Set in the house at Moggerhanger Park, it provided the perfect backdrop to this timeless style. Lisa Alger from Essex Wedding Beauty tells us how she achieved Kate’s hair and makeup;
“I wanted to create a fresh dewy look for Kate, which I achieved using sheer products allowing the skin to shine through. The products used can be found on the tutorial (coming soon). Kate’s warm tones in her skin worked well with browns and bronze eye shadows, which I also applied under the eye to enhance her beautiful big brown eyes.
For Kate’s second look I used ‘Crimson’ lipstick by Bobbi Brown and added liner to the eyes to compliment this more evening look. To create the relaxed low bun, first I loosely curled Kate’s hair in different directions with a medium sized tong. Then after securing a hair donut, close to Kate’s hairline, I gathered curls of hair and pinned to cover the padding. Using padding is a great way to add volume to an updo whilst still having plenty of hair to work with.“
Huge thanks to Carey Sheffield for sharing her imagery today.

With the woodland theme; Kate’s other look was more ethereal. She wore Elodie by La Poesie with a striking flower hair band created by Joanne Truby Floral Design. Using neutral tones Joanne used an abundance of foliage for a nod to the nature feel of the day.
