Start your search
Head to the homepage and enter your wedding location and date. You can also select the type of supplier you're looking for.

Browse available suppliers
You'll see a list of suppliers available for your chosen date and location.

Refine your results
Use filters to narrow your search — for example, by price or number of hours required. Once selected, tap 'Filter' to apply.

View a package
Click into any listing to book directly, send a message, book a video call, watch their profile video, or view their gallery.

Make a booking
To book, enter your details and click 'Reserve'. You'll then be taken to checkout to confirm your booking.

Payment options
Depending on how far away your wedding is, there are a few different payment plans. You always have the option to pay upfront.

Flexible payment options that fit your timeline
Pay in instalments or upfront — your deposit is fully refundable for 30 days after booking, as long as your wedding is still more than 30 days away.

Split your deposit
The 22.5% deposit can be split — 10% paid at booking and 12.5% paid 30 days later. The remaining balance is automatically collected 30 days before the wedding.

Once your payment is complete, you'll receive an email with your supplier's phone number, so you can get in touch directly and start planning the details together.

Your deposit is fully refundable for 30 days after booking, provided your wedding date is still more than 30 days away at the time of cancellation.

What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel and get a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of booking, and your wedding is more than 30 days away.
How do I pay?
Payments are taken automatically via Stripe. You can manage your attached bank details by going to the 'Payment Methods' tab on your wedissimo profile.
Is travel included?
Yes, it is. On wedissimo, the price you see is the price you pay, so the package total includes any travel costs.
How can I talk to the supplier?
You can message them on the platform or book a video call to have a proper chat. Buttons to do this are on each supplier's profile and listings.
Do I have to pay to use wedissimo?
No, the platform is completely free to use for couples.
