Fantastical Woodland Renaissance Wedding in California

Good morning, lovely readers. Today we are jetting off to California for an ornately decorated celebration under blue skies. Being lovers of all things medieval, artists Evelyn and Robert wanted a wedding day that elegantly reflected this period. They chose the Harvest Inn for its woodland-feel, complete with beautiful trees and thick green grass, accenting their venue with pops of multicolored florals.

This couple really went the extra mile to make this day their own and included amazing Renaissance features (like falconry!), along with elaborate stationery and table settings. Not surprisingly, the wedding party’s attire was also perfectly suited to their favourite era. I particularly love the beading and detailing on Evelyn’s dress and her woven flower hairpiece – to die for!
