Oh goodness me lovely readers, today’s wedding from gorgeous couple Sara and Jared is the perfect combination of industrial, arty chic with soft, romantic details and I just know you’re going to love it!
Sara and Jared married in January 2017 after meeting whilst working together in a hospital. They knew that they wanted to create an intimate and informal day to celebrate with their nearest and dearest, and this relaxed approach really shines through from their beaming smiles and the excellent first look photographs all captured by Krisandra Evans Photography.
The no-fuss simplicity of the venue ensured that the soft pinks of the floral decorations, warm glows from the candles and lanterns and an abundance of greenery with gold accents really stood out as perfect romantic details. Sara and Jared have certainly showcased that a cool, minimalist venue can be the ideal backdrop for those rich and glittering details and what winter wedding would be complete without a magical scattering of candlelight? The simple venue also ensured that all eyes were on Sara and Jared, particularly Sara who I know you’ll agree looked absolutely radiant. I’m a complete sucker for a romantic, blush gown and Sara’s is an absolute dream with intricately detailed lace sleeves and overlay, elegant illusion back with both button and bow detailing and a sparkling belt, just wow!
So cosy on down and revel in the total gorgeousness of this special day. I know it’s one I’ll certainly be revisiting!

FROM SARA | The day went by so quickly but it was exactly how I wanted it. Jared and I weren’t worried about seeing each other before the wedding so we got to hang out with friends who came early to hang with us. We were able to take quite a few of our couple shots doing it this way as well. The wedding itself was a blur hahaha. Dinner was amazing, catered by our best friends Kevin and Lisa at Homegrown in Atlanta (which is also where Jared proposed). We did a little dancing but mostly just hanging out and socializing which is the vibe Jared and I wanted.
