I have a sneaking suspicion that you’re simply going to love WWW readers Lottie and Adomas’ nuptials. They celebrated their wedding on the 8th September 2018 at Wilkswood Farm in Swanage, Dorset and it really is the rustic festival wedding that dreams are made of.
Is anyone else getting destination vibes from this wedding? Maybe it’s the stunning WWW fave Grace Loves Lace dress that Lottie chose, or the outdoor setting and the AMAZING macramé ceremony backdrop but either way, this day is boho and very beautiful.
I just love that our pair created so many elements themselves, a DIY wedding can just be so special. Lottie arranged the flowers with the help of her family and Adomas made that brilliant backdrop. It sounds like the planning process was really relaxed and in turn the day was super chilled. I love it.
Robin Goodlad was along for the ride to capture these sensational images of the celebrations. Thanks so much for sharing with us Robin.

October 2016, Bounty Island in Fiji

We both wanted a simple and relaxed wedding with a festival feel and we wanted it to be outdoors as much as possible. It was also really important that both our dogs, Tarka & Zero, could be a part of the day as they are part of the family.

We were probably a bit last minute compared to most couples! We booked the venue first about January/February 2018 then focused on invitations and all the other details like music, food etc after that. We wanted to do as much of it ourselves as we could, partly to keep costs down and partly to make it more memorable. The arch we had for the ceremony was made by Adam and we are planning on putting it in our garden now as a memento. We also relied on family and friends help, Adams’ mum helped with the invitations, name cards and wedding favours which were little pots of honey from Lithuania. Lottie’s mum and sister helped with the all the flowers, decorations etc so it was a very homemade wedding which is how we wanted it.
