Are you ready for the prettiest of wedding ideas today folks? Because I have it here for you. Think the most beautiful greenhouse wedding venue, wild peach blooms and all the natural wedding ideas. Oh my!
This unique editorial shoot is sent to us from Frame Of Love who captured these darling images in a cave in Italy. The couple arrive at a greenhouse decked in candlelight and flowers, which just oozes romance. Can you even imagine dining here? It’d be a dream right? Do also look out for stunning attire and a very pretty cake. What’s more this shoot is sustainable too, win win. Yes!

Just imagine a warm summery afternoon, few grey clouds spot the blue sky and now and then a light shower falls on the tall trees that frame the location. You start down a long stairway made of stone leaving the main villa behind, you feel like there’s nothing but nature around you and, all of a sudden, you see what looks like a door: the entrance of the grotto. The thick walls create a path that guides you up to the magic view of a waterhole; you walk past it and see a light and, as you walk toward it, you find yourself in a beautiful old greenhouse. Everything is so perfect as if those stone walls and stained glasses were created in order to host the purest romantic novel.

We found this place while wandering around Veneto (our region set in the north of Italy) to discover the finest wedding locations to portray on our blog (wedding planners on the road). At last, there it was, right in front of our eyes: the perfect place to set our shooting.
The idea behind the whole project was a praise to love and nature, an ode to its beauty and delicacy, as well as its strength and durability. The concept was created around a material approach: neutral styling, natural elements and materials romantically coexisted with the human touch creating the perfect feeling of moody romance. Limestone, rocks, natural candles and raw fabrics botanically dyed set the base for a warm palette with earthy colours in the shade of pink, green and rusty red all lightened up by the mystical touch of candle lights.

A natural inlet in the cave was the perfect place for the preparation of the bride; the hair and make up artist went for a light make-up and loose wavy hair to emphasise the wedding gown: a finely embroidered corset with a nude back and a blush rose light skirt that gave an ethereal look to the bride. Her bouquet was a wide messy-looking composition enriched with silk ribbons dyed in natural elements as well for the light green shade and rubia roots for the rusty red one.
The ceremony setting was enlightened by a path of candles up to an arch in the stone that was perfectly creating a natural dome to host the couple. Meanwhile wild compositions of flowers created a botanic background to visually embrace the romantic exchange of the promises.

The wedding banquet was set in the old greenhouse: a naked table with warm dark wooden tones in a frame of falling ivy branches was the base for the simple mise en place; on the plate a knotted napkin in raw cotton fibres hosts a cookie place holder with dried flowers and sugar glaze. An elegant centrepiece completes the table with pale candles and crystal vases.
A three layered cake covered in buttercream and simply decorated with few dried wild flowers was, once again, a tribute to the already perfect nature that surrounded the couple. The cave, a few branches hanging from above and a stone table created the perfect picture. What else could they need?
