UK Field Wedding Inspiration

A truly awesome boho outdoor glamping snug styled shoot. Rebecca and Sam are a real engaged couple that has had to move their own wedding twice and now to next year so they loved being a part of this shoot and were absolutely adorable and those natural first time giggles, laughs and smiles were all real. We had an outdoor ceremony area and a small cosy bell tent set up along with a snug style sweetheart wedding breakfast.

With a love of all things bohemian Pretty Vintage Hire decided to bring the inside outside for an intimate ceremony in the field using their rustic and original chapel chairs, with soft blush drapes, a giant indie rug which led to a wooden triangle archway, pointing to the sky. Chosen for its symbolism of strength, manifestation and enlightenment and against the idyllic scenery in the rolling valleys of Matlock, Derbyshire, was the perfect backdrop for this unity.

The flower installations and bouquet were insane, a mix of burgundy, soft blush pink and cream, with rustic foliage held in vintage copper containers by J Austin Designs, with added dried flowers to the abundance of fresh flowers, creating such beautiful colours that complimented the whole set up.

The bride wore the most gorgeous draped sleeve lace dress from Tiffany Jordan’s brand newly opened couture shop and the groom a simple black trouser combination for a relaxed feel and the brides hair, natural and curly and embellished by Gheeta Chopra, with a stunning head piece by The Lucky Sixpence. Makeup by Lifeofabeautygirl was natural, highlighting Rebecca’s unique beauty.

Soft music played whilst the models read their vows (which Bluebell Press UK had written) whilst we all caught goose pimples and Made Imprint created a gorgeous verse of the couple’s favourite song ‘Just You and I’ to lay over the front of the table, yes we played it!

Inspired by the glamping season to showcase how amazing an outdoor wedding set up can be especially when the couple’s tent can look like this, just dreamy. The wedding breakfast, soft cushions either side a low table with blush cream and blush cheesecloth drapes, a beautiful pink blush cake by Cakes of Affection and a full cream bell tent from Edge Event Hire, Peacock chairs, plenty of pampas stems, a giant pampas fan as a stunning natural prop to add a little something else and a snug with rugs and blankets for a cosy cuddle afterwards.

This set up using soft colours with a few colour pops and a mix of soft textures works against the outdoors and a tent structure, keeping it wedding and not camping and full of soul and cosiness for relaxed bohemian wedding vibes.
