Over the past decade, Chris and Verity have won countless awards and been listed in every ‘best of’ list there is, with their work taking them around the world from Singapore to Slovenia.
Starting out as a Yorkshire wedding photographer 11 years ago Chris quickly found himself travelling all over the UK for work on a weekly basis.
Verity’s editing keeps things going behind the scenes and their relaxed approach lends its-self perfectly for the kind of documentary storytelling they have become known for.
The Rewritten story begins in 2016 when friends Katie Arnott and Frances Cookson, frustrated by the choice of contemporary bridesmaid dresses out there, decided to create their own. Frances is a trained Fashion Designer and hand designs all of the collections in London with an emphasis on beautiful silhouettes and flowing fabrics and Katie is a damn savvy business woman.
We design for us, for our mates, our sisters and for the modern-day bridesmaid. We believe that no bridesmaids dress should be worn only once and that is at the heart of everything we do.

We are Mark aka ‘Monkey’ and Hannah, husband and wife team. We established Funky Monkey Tents back in 2011 and have a passion for beautiful structures. We like things a little bit different, that is to say, not your average marquee and we think our tents speak for themselves. Our eclectic collection provides something for everyone from large celebrations to intimate gatherings. We run a small team giving a personalised service to all our clients. Most importantly we love our job and hope this shines through in our work.
