Myself (Naomi from Vintage Camper Booths) & Carly (Rokabella Rose) had been planning this styled photo shoot for some time. We wanted to create a dreamy beach elopement full of inspiration for the free spirited beach loving couples with all the golden Californian elopement vibes in mind.

Carly’s bohemian styling looked sensational with the ‘Vintage VW Campervan’ posing as a Love Wagon (it makes the perfect elopement or civil ceremony backdrop), unique photo booth and bohemian styled glitter bar at the back.

The wedding arch was absolutely breathtaking and was adorned with stunning flowers from Maia, which are perfect for a wedding during any season . The breathtaking colours in the floral displays really popped against the coastal backdrop. We both wanted to have florals to emulate the warmth of the sunset and the colours of the 70’s and we certainly feel that we achieved that with Maia’s talent.

Carly wanted to bring warmth and sunshine into her macrames with sunbeams everywhere. She had been working with crystals and moons in her previous styling last year, so for this themed shoot she wanted the ‘Sun’ to take centre stage and show how brightly she can shine. Just look at the sunbeam above the vintage campervan with all the florals, isn’t it stunning!?
She also had a little obsession with cane webbing so decided to combine cane webbing with the sunbeams. For this shoot, she used bamboo sunbeams, but these can be switched out for pampas, babala, or anything else your heart desires.
Florals can be styled to stand alone like Maia created, or be entwined through the bamboo canes. Carly loves to bring artisan aspects into her stylings, see if you can spot the rusted terracotta tabletop she made, and the botanically dyed napkins that bring in a real warm earth feel. This sure was a shoot to spark the imagination of bohemian souls and we would love it to be shared for inspiration.
We had some wonderful wedding creatives supply us with an array of gorgeous stationery, jewellery, wedding treats and banners. The wedding dress looked sensational on Jess as did the styling of her hair and golden goddess make-up!
The whole shoot truly came together and was beautifully captured by the super talented photographer Rebecca Carpenter and equally talented videographer Lauren from ‘All The Sparks’.

On the day of the shoot the British skies opened and the relentless monsoon-like rain gave the shoot a slightly different vibe but an incredibly romantic one at that thanks to the most gorgeous souls that are ‘Jack and Jess’. You honestly would have never known that it rained heavily throughout the entire shoot!!
But you know what… ‘If it rains on your wedding day, dance in it’ we say! We did not let this dreamy shoot get ruined by the rain, that’s for sure.

Wow! What a feast for the eyes.
A massive thanks to the team below for sharing these epic boho beach elopement ideas with us.
