A very warm welcome to WWW followers Tatiana and Francesco who are kindly sharing their amazing Italian Lebanese fusion wedding with us.
Their day was a riot of colour, personality and happiness. I love how they combined their cultures and really built a day that reflected them.
Not to mention the absolutely beautiful outdoor wedding reception drenched in the 2023’s Pantone colour of the year, bright magenta pink! It all looked ever so striking. Look out for flower wedding cakes, pretty blooms and a lot of fun dancing.
Francesco Pennacchietti and Loving Marche Wedding, thanks ever so much for sharing these divine images with us of such an elegant day at Badia di San Vittore in Italy.

The Proposal came on June 6th, 2021, in a very unexpected way. We were visiting an old town in Le Marche and suggested to have a walk inside the park that leads us to a very nice panorama.
Once arrived it was a breathtaking view indeed, so we started taking pictures. Then he put our favorite song on his phone and asked me to dance. We danced for a bit and when I turned around, I saw him on his knees with the ring.
He barely asked the question and got so emotional. It was such a nice moment that I will never ever forget.

When we first started talking about our wedding, we directly agreed on having something that reflects us as a couple and of course our mix of cultures.
We wanted something very colorful and cheerful because we hate boring stuff. We didn’t have an actual theme, but everything was very playful, and of course, we couldn’t miss adding a Lebanese touch.

Our wedding was held in “Le Marche”, a centre east region of Italy since Francesco is originally from there.
Before choosing our venue, we researched a lot and we found nice places, but the only one that made us both agree without even thinking twice was “Badia di San Vittore” in Cingoli.
A very nice place with a big garden which reflected the initial idea we both had of having lunch in a garden. The greenery all around made it easier for us with the palette we chose since it contrasted perfectly with the vibrant colors we had and added a super elegant touch.

We had a religious ceremony, and it was held at the “Chiaravalle Abbey” in Urbisaglia (Marche). It is one of the best-preserved Cistercian abbeys in Italy and is surrounded by a large nature reserve.
After the ceremony, we had our wedding lunch and party in our venue that lasted till after midnight practically.
For the music, we had a DJ who helped us by mixing Lebanese, Italian and English music which made our day even more interesting and unique.

The bridal dress is the most researched part of the wedding, I guess. I was lucky enough to be living in Milan because I had all the big boutiques close by. I visited many of them but found the one that was made by heart beats at “Nicole Milano”.
My Husband’s suit was tailor-made.

Our wedding photographer is “Francesco Pennacchietti”. He really did a great job by documenting all the little moments in a very nice and spontaneous way.

Our wedding planner Nadia from “Loving Marche” and our florist Marika from “FridasModena” made a super job. They managed to execute perfectly the ideas we had in mind. Everything was super colorful and super elegant, and we received many compliments regarding the table settings.
Being also a graphic designer helped me a lot with some DIYs such as the menu, the seating plan, the wedding gifts, the ceremony book, etc…
We also wanted to add a Lebanese touch, so we used the traditional hat as a seat marker, the wedding drink made with Lebanese liquor, and a Lebanese hand-painted kimono for my husband.

We’re still waiting for it! We’re leaving on Friday the 25th of November. We’re going to Santo Domingo for 2 weeks of total relaxation, tanning and partying.
I guess we deserve it after all!!

Whenever we look back at the pictures, we cannot but smile. Everything was so perfect. Everyone was really happy! I remember dancing for more than 8 hours non-stop.
One of the things I cannot forget is the morning when out of a sudden it started raining heavily for 2 hours. I was really upset because I wanted to take some pictures in the garden before heading to the church and I couldn’t. I thought that everything we planned for is ruined because obviously we had to do the lunch on the inside and it was not what I wanted.
Thank God Nadia and the catering saved our lunch. They managed to cover all the tables with plastic covers and waited till it stopped raining an hour before the guests started arriving in order to put everything in place.

Planning your wedding will always be stressful and you will always have some surprises no matter what! Try to enjoy it as much as you can.
Dance, have fun, enjoy every single moment because it is true that the day will fly fast and once you realize that it’s finally happening it will be already over.
Do something that reflects you both, this is what people will remember. Make it unique and personalized.
Wow, what an incredible day.
Tatiana and Francesco, thank you so much for sharing your very special Italian Lebanese wedding story with us.
