WedShed Wedding Ideas

When the perfect venue and dream team of suppliers come together magic happens. This shoot was inspired by Married at First Sight expert, Mel Schilling colour block red and pink jacket!

After meeting Paul the owner of the newly opened WedShed on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border I knew I had found the ideal venue and started bringing together the ultimate supplier team to create a bold, clashing colour spectacle.

Isabella and Jess were the perfect models – Isabella rocking the most amazing Rose Savage Aphrodite red skirt and embroidered bodice and Jess looking very cool in a white Reiss jumpsuit with sheer sleeves and back. The hair and makeup were on point with a pop of colour.

The venue was styled with hanging red, pink and orange streamers and a neon party party party light. The clashing colour palette was continued throughout the tablescape alongwith with modern black cutlery. The stationery and flowers were both superb and brought everything together.

When the cake maker had to pull out at the last minute due to having covid we replaced the cake with a rainbow pinata and cereal bar!

A personal pet hate on shoots is a lack of refreshments, the Freespirit food truck was a key part of the day and ensured there were no rumbling tums.

Love doesn’t make the world go round, love is what makes the ride worthwhile.
