Bohemian & Whimsical Garden Wedding in North Carolina

Get ready to swoon over Summer and Chase’s whimsical “I do”s in the great outdoors, lovely readers. They were married on September 10th 2016 in the grounds of the Buck House Inn in North Carolina. The couple exchanged vows in a clearing nestled amongst leafy green trees and wildflowers. They stood underneath a wooden arch dripping with rich multicoloured blooms and greenery, crowned with a warm glowing chandelier. The guests sat on vintage mismatched wooden chairs and pews and the aisle was lined with bright patterned rugs. It was out of this world gorgeous.

The bride was the very definition of glamorous in an embellished V-neck lace gown, long veil and drop earrings. She carried a bouquet of vivid colourful florals that matched in with her striking lipstick and I love the entire look. Her handsome groom wore a grey suit, white shirt, light grey tie and vest and had a unique shotgun shell floral buttonhole. They partied into the night with their friends and family in a room fit for a Hollywood soiree, complete with a large hanging botanical installation, fairy lights, hints of gold and glitter and personalised wooden signs galore. There was a tea and coffee bar with dainty floral teacups and the desserts, quite frankly, make me hungry just looking at them. What an elegant day from start to finish!

FROM THE PHOTOGRAPHER  | Summer and Chase wanted their wedding to be vintage and bohemian, with foliage galore. Thanks to their outstanding vendors, they successfully achieved that feeling. Vintage rugs lined their ceremony aisle and a gorgeous glass chandelier stood between them during their vows. Guests watched while sitting on antique mismatched chairs! The reception was sweet with a three-tiered floral cake and a coffee and tea bar with unique teacups for each person. They spent the afternoon partying underneath a greenery chandelier, and exited with friends and family surrounding them with sparklers!
