{w} Hi, could you firstly tell {www} readers a little bit about you?
Craft Central is a not-for-profit arts organisation supporting UK craft and design. We have 2 exhibition spaces in central London and run a busy events calendar, packed with exciting opportunities to access (and buy!) a wide variety of craft and design. From dressing yourself (millinery, jewellery, handbag design, bridal wear, knitwear and fashion accessories) to dressing your home (ceramics, glass, textiles, and lots of cushions!) – our audience really are spoilt for choice!

{w} What do you love/dislike about your job?
We love meeting all the designer makers – we have a national Network of over 550, so there’s always lots happening! Another great perk is all the amazing craft and design we get to see (and often end up buying – it’s far too tempting!).

{w} How did Craft Central decide to get into the wedding industry?
Inspired by the Royal nuptials, with a loyal craft-hungry audience and a wonderful network of exceptional designer makers, we thought it was about time Craft Central organised a weddingfair. Hence the launch of Craft Central Gets Hitched: Central London’s Handmade Wedding Fair (23-25 June 2011) – a chance to give your wedding some character and browse unique, handmade products.

{w} Could you tell us some information about your packages/prices?
These will vary for each designer, but they will all be on hand at the show to discuss their individual packages/prices.
