What a pleasure it is to be here today sharing the fun and relaxed wedding of Charlene and Stefan who were married on the 16th June 2019 at Crug Glas Country House in Pembrokeshire. They envisioned a day which was budget friendly (it all came in at an amazing £10,000), with a rustic glam style. It all looked wonderful and I for one am loving the DIY decorations hand crafted by the bride and groom. There was a homemade drip wedding cake, DIY centrepieces, crafty ladder décor and hand made photos for the table names too. Amazing.
There was a super fun rodeo ride to entertain guests, gorgeous outfits all round, lush flowers and gorgeous signs and stationery dotted everywhere. I really think you are going to find all of the little touches really inspiring today, Charlene and Stefan thought of everything.
Huge thanks to Simon Murray Images for sharing with us these wonderful captures today. What a treat.
Stefan took me to New York for my 30th birthday and proposed on 15/12/2017, at the top of the empire state building.
We wanted a budget wedding and our theme was rustic glam, venue is in an old barn.
Planning started straight after the engagement.

We wanted to keep it about £8,000 but in the end it was around £10,000, one of the reasons we chose our venue was that as we were doing all of the décor ourselves is that they allow you to have access 2 days before which gave us plenty of time to get it looking exactly as we wanted.

We worked very hard for almost 18 months to make every part of our wedding décor. Almost everything you see in the images was made by myself. From the table centrepieces, the rustic ladder shelves, the photos of New York used for the table numbers, the only thing not DIY was the flower arch from Pretty Seats and Bows.
