This paired back and modern wedding ideas editorial really took my breath away. I mean the chic palette of grey and soft ultra violet really is so achingly cool, the tablescapes in particular are just remarkably beautiful. What with the delicate grey toned fabrics, eucalyptus garland runner, tall candles, stylish tablewear and striking calligraphy adorned agate place settings. Oh my! You are going to want to pin just about everything in this feature me thinks.
The bouquet of greenery, thistles, proteas and peonies is really unusual and pretty, which totally suits the boho bridal looks. The bride wears many stunning gowns and delicate gold accessories, which work so well in the rustic hair styles. Her make up is of course totally flawless and the smokey eye look utterly glam. Also keep your eyes peeled for some delicious cuisine, elegant stationery and a simple yet pretty cake creation.
All of these ethereal and dreamy images are from Chloe Ely Photography who also styled the shoot. Such beauty.

The inspiration for this styled shoot came from the venue Primrose Hill Farm. Primrose Hill Farm is a modern barn conversion, where natural wood and soft grey tones are brought together with local stone, and large glass windows allowing for a completely natural light shoot. We followed a soft neutral tone for the shoot, with pops of violet, the Pantone for 2018.

Jolie Carte created a gorgeous wedding invitation set, with hand-drawn illustrations of the venue and flowers, and individual agate name places, tying in hints of violet. The table set up was created with a gorgeous selection of crockery, boards and glassware from Fable interiors, which perfectly complimented the linens and ribbons from Linen Lark. Positioned in front of the great stone fireplace the table made a stunning centrepiece. The table was adorned with a long eucalyptus runner created by Flower Thyme, which tied into the bridal bouquets, bursting with fresh greenery and violet tones.

Fresh succulents and greenery were also used to decorate the cake with which was a simple white tiered cake with natural brushed icing, following the modern country vibe. Indulgence Boutique Hospitality curated an exquisite sharing menu reflecting the venue, with bright, modern, vibrant food in both flavour and presentation. These colourful feasting dishes are very on trend and are revolutionising wedding catering with couples opting for more informal sharing dishes.

The grounds of the farm contain an orchard of apple blossoms leading down to a large pond which created a perfect backdrop for the bridal gowns from The Bridal Boutique. Selecting a range of gorgeous new designs for the season including intricate beading and lace designs, which stood out beautifully against the soft grey wash of the barn, and the rolling hill views.

The bridal dresses were complimented by ornate handmade hair accessories from Willow & Fern Bridal, including hair pins, and a bridal crown hairpiece. Lucy who works as a bridal model carried the dresses with grace, and her make up and hair was beautifully crafted by Jessica Ava. Jessica enhanced Lucy’s natural features starting with purple hues and nude lips tying this into the flowers, before changing it up for a heavier smokey eye and berry lip for the final dress change.

The shoot was shot and styled by Chloe Ely Photography, wanting to take styling ideas and inspiration from each supplier, and tying it in with the venue. As a natural light photographer, the styling was light and airy, using close ups with soft depths to give an intimate feel for the shoot.
