This morning i am thrilled to be interviewing the brilliant PaperThemes. {w} Hi PaperThemes, could you firstly tell {www} readers a little bit about you?

We are here for you from the moment he gets down on one knee…

PaperThemes is a one-stop-shop for all Brides (and Grooms) to be, offering you a choice of wedding stationary, with designs to suite all tastes, venues and budgets. But more importantly we are a support tool, not only can you purchase all your stationary, the website includes a wedding planner tool assisting you with everything from to-do lists, to help and advice on best-man speeches and etiquette, wedding guest planners and access to a directory of everything you need from bridal shops and cake makers local to you.

{w} What do you love/dislike about your job?

Getting married is the biggest and most emotional day of a couple’s life, and leading up to this event can be a happy but over-whelming experience. It feels fantastic to be sharing that experience and also support them through what can be a stressful time. There is nothing to dislike about a job when the end result is that our client has had the best day of their life, with our help!!

{w} How did you get into stationery and into the wedding industry?

PaperThemes has been a personalised wedding stationary name for over 100 years. With the growing need for time-saving devices as our schedules get fuller, we recognised a need for a service that includes more than just stationary, but accessories, advice and much more.

{w} What do you aim to achieve for your clients?

A full service which will save the client time and ease the pressures associated with wedding planning. We understand that the bride won’t want to make all the important decisions by herself, so we have included tools such as ‘save for later’ and ‘send to a friend’ so they can gain much needed approval from their loved ones on elements such as stationary design and colour schemes, or gaining feedback on whether the design complements the all-important wedding dress!

With a large part of the website dedicated to providing inspiration and advice we ensure that the happy couple won’t need to spend hours, days and even weeks trawling the internet for guidance.

{w} What style is your work?

Our product range includes wedding stationary; everything from invites to place cards, DIY kits, including ribbons and embellishments, to extra’s such as table plans and cake boxes… clients really have to see the website to appreciate the vast array of products on offer.. There are items on offer which customers won’t have even thought about which will help create the perfect big day!

{w} Could you tell us some information about your packages/prices?

The stationary product offerings start at just £….. and include, save the date cards, the wedding invites, evening invites, acceptance cards, order of service, place cards and thank you cards. Accessories include table plans, favour boxes, and table decorations…but the list just goes on and on. Prices start from just £.

{w} Do you have any tips for couples in selecting wedding suppliers?

Go with someone who understands… We have been in the wedding stationary business a long time so we know how important it is to plan when you will need the invite by or when it comes to table decorations that you might needs some inspiration; and that the best man probably hasn’t been a best man before and he might need some help and encouragement when writing his speech.
