It’s now nearly the end of my first full year with WWW and what a year it’s been! So many brilliantly talented couples, so much delightful décor and a whole lot of inspiration, you lot are the best! I simply love hearing everyone’s stories and finding out the unique ways that our couples make their day their own, but here are just 10 weddings that have really stuck in my mind.
Barns are such a popular type of venue these days and lots of them are set up as full time wedding venues and all the support that comes with. The wedding of Jenny and Tamlin really was a truly authentic barn wedding. The whole venue was dressed by them with outstanding results, and all on a minimal budget.

I make no secret of the fact that I love New Year’s Eve weddings, what a great excuse for a fabulous party. Lucy and Barney’s nuptials are such a cosy, classy celebration but my favourite part is the beautiful clear marquee that they held their evening party in.

Intimate weddings are a chance both to really go wild with the details and keep the day really informal. Italian hospitality and al fresco dining really can’t be beaten, I’m just in love with Banu and Ugur’s nuptials.

Katharine and Andrew’s big day was ever so stylish and I just loved their use of feathers and antlers in the décor. The flowers were just to die for and I can’t get enough of their stylish outfits, just wonderful.

The sheer volume of flowers at Sam and Jacalyn’s wedding absolutely blew me away. Of course, as Jacalyn is a florist, this shouldn’t have surprised me! There are so many beautiful details to take in, and I still can’t quite get my head around all the gorgeous blooms.

I think lighting at a wedding is so important and I can’t get enough of the amazing atmosphere of Naomi and Benedict’s day. Throw in a beautiful dress and a dapper groom, as well as gorgeous foliage and flowers and this is the result.

We see a fair few beach weddings here at WWW but not many of them take place by a canal in the Midlands. I really fell for Aimee and Ollie’s vintage seaside flair and a celebration that looks like a lot of laughs.

There’s something so magical about a woodland clearing wedding with guests gathered all around and Andy and Naomi’s day is a stylish favourite of mine. Such a happy, colourful day!

The fabulous Amy and Oliver are a truly unique couple and planned a unique day to match. Everything about the wedding was otherworldly, from the outfits to the medieval banquet and the island setting. It all has to be seen to be believed.

I love the idea of taking family and friends away for a weekend so everyone can really unwind and enjoy some time spent in each other’s company. That’s just what Darren and Sandie did, and the vintage camping touches just made the whole thing so cosy.

It was so hard to pick these favourites. I can’t believe that my job involves looking at such brilliant weddings every day! I’m constantly amazed by the love, talent and planning that goes into WWWers days and I can’t wait to see what 2018 holds! Rachel x
