Whimsical & Soft Floral Meadow Wedding Ideas

When I was sent over this stunning styled shoot by JB Creatives I was just delighted. I mean what’s not to love about a meadow setting, whimsical blooms and sweet treats? Add to that gorgeous attire, quirky stationery and beautiful bridal beauty and you have some wonderful ideas to use for your own wedding.

The inspiration behind this shoot was the beautiful meadow at Camp Hill Estate with its stunning tree lined surroundings. I wanted to create some soft, romantic and elegant photos that could inspire brides to be with what they could do for their special day.

We were really pleased with how the shoot came together on the day. Everyone really made the effort to bring our vision to life and so here are some beautiful photos to inspire those who would like to have an outdoor wedding.

Amy of Greenhouse Florists styled a beautiful American style dessert table with flowers and sweet treats created by The Rolling Pin. Quirky stationery designed and created by JB Creatives decorated the table in colours to compliment the theme. The old sideboard was sat in amongst the grasses framing the landscape and made a quirky wedding feature.

Everyone wanted to tuck into the fabulous treats The Rolling Pin had made. A local company which prides itself on using seasonal and fresh ingredients, locally sourced and produced, where possible. They’re outside catering and dessert table creations go down a storm at weddings and parties.

Lauren styled Kendal’s hair using twists and curls as well as lots of hair padding which was then complimented by the rustic floral crown, created by Greenhouse Florists. Kendal’s makeup look was put together using soft, neutral shadows from MAC with a strong flick of black liner, she added a fresh look to the cheek using cream blusher from Stila and finally, a pretty pink lip was added using MAC Lipcolour.

We at JB Creatives can supply all sorts of stationery and accent signage. I designed the stationery for the table plan using a scrolling Vintage font which worked well in the Pastel coloured frames. This old door covered with colourful ornate frames is available to hire from Greenhouse Florist.

Camp Katur, is a unique venue offering various options that can truly bring your wedding day fantasies to life. Ceremonies can be held in the stunning woodland setting. The Rustic stone bricked barn dressed with fairy lights, trestle tables and benches, barn and mezzanine chill out area can seat up to 150 guests for wedding breakfast and stand up to 300 for evening reception. If you fancy more of a Festival theme the large Glamping meadow can accommodate various pop up options catering for unlimited numbers.

The Bride, Kendal looked so beautiful in the hand painted Willow gown by Donna Salado from Curvy Bridal. The colour reflected the delicate and soft natural surroundings of the meadow.
