Tell couples about your experience and approach
I bring all of our kindness to your wedding day, creating a relaxed, informal atmosphere to capture those authentic moments between the two of you. Over a decade of wedding photography & film, I genuinely love what I get to call a living!
Are you super chatty or will be you be a fly on the wall?
A bit of both...let's be honest... nobody likes their pictures being taken! So let me guide you to that place that gets you enjoying those few moments where it's just me and you guys! For the rest of the time, I'm there for the vibes! Keeping everything light & fun to make sure you and your wedding party's day is enhanced not just by my photo & videos, but by the energy I bring to your day.
What are your artistic influences?
My photography and film has a filmic look, being inspired by the film stock of the hollywood era (warm, muted greens, under-exposed, creative use of light). I like to find pockets of might during the day to take your photography and film to the next level!

'Reportage' is photographer lingo for explaining the documentary style of photography that we've all come to know and love. But this is only half of the story. Having a friendly voice on your wedding day to make the wedding party feel relaxed, arrange group shots, and style those show-stopping portraits is the secret sauce.
What was your favourite wedding shoot, and why?
The moments straight after a 'pose'. Your guard comes down but I keep snapping! Makes for some beautifully authentic imagery.
What kinds of moments are you looking to capture?
On a wedding day, my goal is to create a complete narrative of your day in my own way. I focus on moments that capture the essence of your celebration—those that you’ll look back on and feel like you’re right there again.

The Prep:
It starts with the quiet, intimate moments during the morning preparations. I’ll capture the laughter with your bridal party and the pre-jitters beer at the bar with the grooms party. Then there are the behind-the-scenes glimpses that often go unnoticed but are full of raw emotion.

The Ceremony:
When it comes to the ceremony, it’s about more than just the vows. I’m watching for the subtle squeeze of hands, the joyful tears in your guests’ eyes, and that look you exchange as you see each other for the first time. These moments speak louder than any pose ever could.

The Portraits:
For portraits, I want them to feel effortless and real—just the two of you, being yourselves. Now that's sometimes unrealistic if you're not pro models, but no sweat... I've got you! I’ll guide you just enough to keep things relaxed and natural. No stiff poses, just genuine connection.

The Details:
Every couple (bride!) pours their heart into personalising their day, so I pay close attention to the little things—the handwritten notes, the floral arrangements, the cake, and the decor that tells your story. These details are part of what makes your day uniquely yours.

The Celebration:
As the day unfolds, I’m capturing the energy and spirit of your celebration. The bursts of laughter during speeches, the joy of your first dance, the fun of the dance floor when everyone lets loose—all of these moments add life to your story.

My approach is to blend in and document the day as it happens. Whether it’s a grand gesture or a quiet smile, I want every image to remind you of how the day felt, not just how it looked.
Have you won awards or been published in magazines?
Published in County Wedding Magazine,
What's the most important thing couples should know about you before they book?
When I got married 7 years ago, the penny dropped for me. I realised just how important and special the right wedding photographer, videographer (and the content they create) is on your wedding day. It's never lost on me that the photos & video will outlive me, and I take this sentiment into every wedding I shoot.
Which venues have you worked at?
Almost everywhere in Essex! But here's a long exhaustive list of some of the popular ones... Gosfield Hall, Blake Hall, Captains Wood Barn, Aston Hall, Creaksea Place, Hedingham Castle, Greenwoods Hotel & Spa, Houchins, Friern Manor, Great Fosters, Roslin Hotel

Many locations in London, home counties and even abroad!
