Documentary Wedding Photography Duo in London

I’m Jeff, and I’m a London-based wedding photographer, along with my wife Sarah. We cover weddings throughout the UK and beyond. When you book us, it’s always the two of us who will be there on your big day—we never send someone else. So, you’ll know exactly who’s turning up, and there won’t be any surprises with strangers showing up on your wedding day.

Our Philosophy

We understand that your wedding day isn’t just about taking pictures—it’s about celebrating with your friends and family. Yes, we’re here to create stunning photos, but we’re also committed to making sure you have time to enjoy your day without being pulled away for long, drawn-out photo sessions. It’s not a glorified photo shoot; it’s your special day, and we’re here to capture it naturally, without dominating the schedule.

The Benefits of a Husband-and-Wife Team

Because there are two of us, we can be in two places at once, which is a huge advantage. We’ll photograph both of you during the pre-ceremony moments—Sarah might be with you for bridal prep, while I capture the groom’s preparations. During the ceremony, one of us will be at the front of the aisle, and the other will be at the back, so you’ll get that perfect “first look” from every angle. This allows us to capture those important moments without missing a thing.

We believe in working with you to create photos that truly reflect your personalities and tell the story of your day. You can relax, knowing we’ll be there to capture everything, from candid moments to natural-looking posed shots, without keeping you away from your guests for hours. We’re generally quite chatty, but we also know when to step back and let you enjoy the moment.

When couples are relaxed and having a great time, rather than stressing about details or timings, it shows in the pictures. We get it, you want amazing wedding photos, but your wedding day is not a glorified photo shoot, it’s a day to celebrate with your friends and family and to have fun.
This is why we work with you to create photos that truly reflect your personalities and tell the story of your day. You can relax and enjoy your wedding while we capture all the good stuff without keeping you away from your guests for hours.

Are you super chatty or will be you be a fly on the wall?
We're generally quite chatty, but know when to rein it in :-)
What can couples do to get the most out of their wedding photography on the day?
Invest in us! I don't mean financially, but mentally. The more that couples buy in to us and trust us, the better the photos will be!
What was your favourite wedding shoot, and why?
I think weddings are like children, you shouldn't have favourites :-) Any wedding where the couple are loving their day rather than stressing about timings are definitely our faves!
What kinds of moments are you looking to capture?
We capture candid moments throughout the day as well as natural looking posed shots

We are very experienced, but have as much passion for our couples photography as we did on our very first wedding.
