Tell couples about your experience and approach
I have 5 years experience in weddings and event photography with a friendly and patient approach to bring the best out of you and your guests. Creative and passionate with the ability to know when to take charge and when to blend into the background. I will be punctual and will cover your big day seamlessly.
Are you super chatty or will be you be a fly on the wall?
Both. A wedding has so many elements, some serious and some more relaxed. I can bring smiles to people's faces with my banter but know when it's time to stay quiet and let the day unfold naturally. I love to get close to the action but also to put a long lens on my camera, take a step back and take natural and candid photos from a distance.
What can couples do to get the most out of their wedding photography on the day?
Don't stress about small details but enjoy every part of the day as it happens.
What are your artistic influences?
Weddings are about love and I think that my love of romance, colour, travel and culture inspire me to create cheery and timeless memories through images.
What was your favourite wedding shoot, and why?
Too many to choose just one, but I loved a multi-cultured wedding with a British ceremony followed by a traditional Chinese tea ceremony. The bride wore white first and then a red dress as a nod to her background. I'm really looking forward to a wedding on the Grand Pier in Weston-s-Mare in 2024 too!
What kinds of moments are you looking to capture?
Spontaneous, Romantic, Confetti, Candid, Sunset.
Why should couples choose you as a photographer?
Dedicated to capturing your day naturally as it unfolds. Above and beyond expectations.
What is the most important thing to you when you photograph weddings?
Keep the couple happy and relaxed so they can enjoy their day whilst capturing the photos they want and the ones they don't know they want.
