Tell couples about your experience and approach
Oh my gosh... 10 years in to my career as a wedding photographer I thought I had it all figured out.. HOW wrong I was, now nearly 30 years in, both a shooter of people and an educator of some of the most established wedding photographers in the UK I can honestly say, everyday I learn something new!

So my approach, is to arrive at every wedding with 0 preconceived ideas and make your wedding as individual to yourself as you are to the world, no pre-set poses, you do you. You have the wedding you dreamed of the way you would before photography was invented and leave the capturing it up to me..

Yes we do the groups, and the fancy poses that have won me awards here and abroad, we even have in person meetings to make sure we do your wedding your way...
Are you super chatty or will be you be a fly on the wall?
Read the reviews :) I'm a people person and know when and how to entertain 200 people in group photos and how to have a natter with grandma, I also know when to keep quite and how to get the best from each.. think of me as a friend with a camera and you wont be far off..
What can couples do to get the most out of their wedding photography on the day?
Be open and honest with what they want, I will never be offended by couples how make suggestions in fact i love it.
What are your artistic influences?
Life. emotions, people. I mostly find inspiration in light and the way it plays across a landscape, how light always overcomes dark.

Yes, I have a few photographer who I look up to and have worked with but each of these will always say the same thing
"Photography, as in Life, you must find the light "
What was your favourite wedding shoot, and why?
All been amazing for different reasons, from the smallest of 2 people in the Lakes to 320 in London, not had my favourite yet :)
What kinds of moments are you looking to capture?
your wedding from your point of view, photos where you can taste the hairspray, smell the cake, feel the music..

you have plenty of people taking 'those' photos, you know the ones 10 foot away, shoulder height, well I do that other thing
Why should couples choose you as a photographer?
Experience, reviews and my mum said
What is the most important thing to you when you photograph weddings?
Build a relationship with the couple
