You don’t technically need anything when it comes to your wedding. But I am all for peace of mind and chilled vibes so having a prepared wedding kit is an ideal way to ease any nerves.
A drink and snack will keep you hydrated and energised. In particular, many couples find it hard to grab a drink or bite to eat when their wedding day is so busy.
Medication is obviously a key thing to remember on the day if you take any medicines, but you could also think about any key additions that may be useful. Paracetamol or antihistamines for example can prove handy, although of course hopefully, you won’t need those!
Beauty products and tools are ideal for touchups or beauty mishaps during the day. Or there are items that could be used for clothing repairs that may need to be fixed or stains to be removed.
Other practical items such as a phone charger are useful so you have your phone fully charged for the following day. Plus payment options if you need to catch a taxi to your wedding night accommodation. Without a doubt don’t forget your keys!
Last but not least, another great idea is to have a printed list of suppliers and their contact details. Do include any payments which need to be settled on the day too. You can then hand this over to the person you trust to deal with anything that arises on the day.
A printout is a great option, but be sure to have a digital back up too.

You can actually buy wedding day kits complete from some shops online. Alternatively pop little bits in your shopping each week, either from the supermarket/highstreet or online. You may even have some things at home already that you can put by or your make up artist may give you minis for your touchups.
For those last-minute additions have a reminder set up on your wedding day morning or even better the night before to ensure you have everything safely packed.
Finally, don’t forget the all-important bag! Make it a stylish, fun and gorgeous accessory addition to your outfit.
I really hope this has proved super useful and I’d love to hear about any other wedding day emergency kit Ideas you have in the comments below.
