Hazy summer days, with bees buzzing, glowing sunlight and warmth on your skin. Does it get any better than that feeling? It’s no wonder the team behind these striking images wanted to create wildflower meadow wedding inspiration for couples looking for an outdoor summer wedding.
Think coral and peach flowers, a modern tablescape, dreamy outfits, a painted cake and delicate stationery. Swoon. It’s all just super pretty and I think you will definitely find inspiration here today.
A big thank you to Natalie Stevenson Photography for sharing these sublime shots of a very dreamy day.

Inspired by spring, fresh meadows and new life, this editorial infuses passion and creativity from a group of local vendors who long to work creatively for their couples once again, when lockdowns are a distant memory.
Living in the heart of the English Countryside, surrounded by and spending much more time than usual exploring the natural meadow fields; the photographer, Natalie, was inspired to create a wild and whimsical concept with gorgeous blooms, pastel tones and a wandering bride in the glowy evening sunlight. With fellow creatives itching to create, they curated this soft and romantic editorial to make you bring you some joy.

A stunning harmony of blush, nude, cerise, peach and a hint of soft ginger created the core colour palette for the exquisite floral designs by Sara, Queen & Eden. Sara and Natalie wanted to bring some colour and life to ignite couples with new inspiration to embrace the intimate, outdoor wedding of 2021 through wild and effortless florals design and styling. With such fresh and vibrant flatlays as the ones in this shoot, where you can almost smell the sweet fragrance of summer blooms, who wouldn’t want this dreamy mix of colours? The florals were absolutely the key focal point for this editorial, with hints of complementing details throughout the rest of the shoot. Floral watercolour sketches in both the stationery (by Olive and Millicent) and cake (by Erzulie Cakes), mirrored the flowers chosen for the shoot and tied in perfectly with the concept.

The bridal gowns, provided by Morgan Davies Bridal in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, were designed by Anna Kara and were the ideal fit with trailing leaf and floral designs on flowy, tulle gowns. One dress featured a nude underlay, it’s as if they were made for this particular shoot! The soft and natural bridal makeup look with a simple hair down style left room for the delicate gold petalled crown with pearl centres and accompanying statement earrings by designer, Rachel Sokhal, to take centre stage. The overall bridal look was complete with the oh-so-pretty pleated tulle shoes finished with ivory pearls, called the ‘Valentina’ design by the renowned Bella Belle Shoes.

Drawing in on the soft and whimsy floral designs, meadow inspired gowns and handmade jewellery with a warm colour palette of rich tones and creamy textures throughout, we hope you feel inspired and excited to embrace your wedding day being outdoors and intimate. With romantic florals, soft candlelight and a glass of wine after a delicious meal on a warm summers evening amongst your very closest people, an intimate wedding now sounds rather inviting, doesn’t it?
