Beach Boho Wedding Ideas with Celestial Crescent Moon Backdrop

A feast for the eyes and a treat for the senses with this utterly enchanting beach boho wedding inspiration shoot. It’s always wonderful to feature the divine photographs of WWW Supplier Lola Rose Photography and this set of images is totally dreamy.

There were two locations, the first a woodland glade and the second a secluded beach. The woodland glade was beautifully set up with a statement crescent moon backdrop featuring macrame and a table styled to perfection. On the beach, the bride frolicked in the sand in her beautiful second look for the day.

The brief was very much focused around a beachy, boho, luxe vibe with a colour palette of burnt orange, brown, ivory, white and gold.

We absolutely love using a mix of fresh and dried florals/foliage because it instantly adds so much texture and depth to any arrangement. To create our boho luxe feel to our florals we included our favourite and ever so popular toffee roses complimented with paper white roses, orchids, gold sprayed eucalyptus, fluffy pampas grass and palm leaves.. the list goes on.

We decided to create two looks for the bridal bouquet – one was a large, loose asymmetrical bouquet literally jam-packed with florals and finished with a stunning burnt orange macrame bouquet holder made by Holly Mae Creates.

The other bouquet was to capture the luxe vibe and this unique bouquet was kept small, sleek slender with the stems kept long.

It’s safe to say we just adore working to quirky briefs at weddings in fact the quirkier the better. Gold pineapples really HAD to happen on this shoot. They perfect combo of quirky and luxe all rolled into one.

The florals on wooden backdrop played a very important role of adding that much needed burst of colour. It’s so important to us in any brief to breakdown each element and make sure it all flows in harmony with each other.

Seeing this shoot coming together on the day and now showcased through these epic photos from Lola Rose really does make our hearts sing.
