The Hall Barns Wedding Inspiration

The Hall Barns have been sympathetically renovated to encapsulate the Prestwold estates rich history. Features you would typically expect to see in a barn are prevalent, but there’s something special about these barns. They are quietly intimate, making the space feel warm and cosy (even in harsh temperatures – thank you UK weather!).

This was the inspiration behind making a traditionally rustic space, feel elegant, soft and inviting. We used a very neutral colour palette inspired by nature to feature throughout. Touches of colour were used, but the focus was around textures as opposed to colours.

The simplicity and minimalism was mimicked in the outfits, statement pieces were used to create an uncomplicated effect. Again, textures and simple statements were of the essence. From Valentina’s bow dress and unique earrings to Daniel’s simple velour tux – the emphasis was always on understated beauty.
