Wow, what a treat I have for you in the form of these terracotta and sage wedding ideas held at the White Syke Fields wedding venue.
Think dramatic dried flowers, a gorgeous table set up for four, seriously on-trend attire, exquisite cakes and drop-dead gorgeous stationery. Not to mention sublime images by Sam Sparks Photo as well as planning and styling by Emma Jordan Weddings.
The couple looks so free and in love and touches such as the flower crown, bow tie and fabric banner sign as well as the bridal beauty look, really elevate this shoot into something very special indeed. Don’t believe me? Check it all out below and see for yourself.

Simplicity of Sage & Terracotta
The main vision for this shoot was to build up the styling around two colours that complement each other so well; Sage and Terracotta. We wanted to showcase a table-scape that couples could resonate with, by firstly making it a realistic. Thinking of table space for food and beverages, we looked at the shape of the actual table; we really wanted to showcase how a table set up for 4 guests could still look as appealing as a table set up for 10.

Location: White Skye Fields – Yorkshire
I chose Sage and Terracotta as the main colours for my design. My reasoning behind choosing these colours initially came from looking at terracotta pots to replant pots in my own home. The texture of a vintage terracotta pot got my mind wandering on how I could link more modern-day textures, such as pampas and eucalyptus, in with a vintage vibe.
I chose Sage as my secondary colour, mainly because of its raise in popularity moving into 2022 but it’s also a great complementary colour for terracotta. The two colours work great together in interior design, though use of wallpapers and tiles as well as pottery. The idea of tying in pottery, tiling, textures and beautiful colours altogether through wedding design excites me!

For the florals we had a mix of both dried, fresh and greenery which worked really well together and kept the colour schemes in mind whilst adding the texture element of the shoot.

The bridal styling element behind this shoot still kept in the running theme of Sage and Terracotta and we looked at textures and other colours that we thought best complemented the theme. We opted for an Ulyana Aster inspired bridal hair look with a low back on the brides dress to really show off the beautiful statement curls.

Well, would you look at that? All just absolutely gorgeous.
Thanks so much to the fantastic team below for sharing these White Syke Fields wedding ideas with us.
