Hello, magenta pink pops and super stylish outfits! Yep, that’s right Georgina and Joe are gracing WWW today with their epic magenta pink wedding at Oxleaze Barn in the Cotswolds countryside.
Their day was an utter dream, with the prettiest blooms and gorgeous decor. The table flowers came from their garden, isn’t that lovely? Plus their impeccably styled wedding reception decor was either thrifted, homemade, brought from home or sourced on the high street. Their day is proof that you can recreate swoon-worthy tablescapes no matter your budget.
I have to say that the magenta pink bridesmaid dresses are a triumph and I am desperately trying to find an excuse to buy one for myself! Then there was Georgina’s beautiful lace gown and Joe’s pale grey suit, didn’t they both look amazing?
I can’t thank Holly Rose Weddings enough for sharing these totally stunning images with us.

In the Scottish highlands at sunset. We were on the NC500 route and stayed in a very remote Airbnb. It was pouring with rain but absolutely perfect!
Quaint English countryside meets rustic Italian courtyard. We chose Oxleaze Barn as we adore the Cotswolds countryside and the beautiful rustic charm but when thinking about our wedding we were torn between keeping it in the UK or going abroad to Italy.
When we saw Oxleaze it felt like we could have both. The beautiful outside space gave us the ability to have an outdoor ceremony, with the stunning arches in a sun-bleached yellow and draping wisteria giving those Mediterranean vibes.
We may have been in the countryside but we continued to include our love of Italy through food. Our vision was Italian antipasti for canapes and pizzas for an evening snack! We also scrapped a formal 3 course meal for a BBQ main as we can’t get enough of BBQ’s at home in the summer. We made sure the food was everything we loved!

I fell in love with Carla after doing lots of research on Instagram. I didn’t have a huge budget for a dress but when I went to Ellie Sanderson, Carla was in their sample dress section! It was the first dress I tried on and it was perfect!
Joe wanted a suit that wasn’t grey but wasn’t beige and Reiss had the perfect inbetween shade.

Our colour theme consisted of lots of tones of pink, peach and nude. I wanted something warm, romantic and inspired by all the flowers I love in my garden.
My bouquets and arch flowers were created by my florist and all table flowers were sourced from my garden.
My arches were made from MDF which I designed, my dad cut out and I painted. Working for Dulux means I have a shed full of tester pots which certainly came in handy! My dad made plinths from MDF which I painted and then I created two dried flower displays to sit on them.
My table plan was a MDF board painted with screws to hang little frames on which I sourced from Matalan. I used floristry wire to hang foliage from my neighbours eucalyptus tree on.
Being an interiors fanatic, I bought lots of things from my house – my rattan tray table created my polaroid camera station. My vases were used around the venue for my bridesmaids bouquets and our sweetheart top table consisted of plates, cutlery and glasses from my home to make our table a little bit more special!
I started collecting brass candlesticks from car boots, ebay, charity shops the minute we booked our venue! I knew I wanted coloured napkins but couldn’t afford to buy the amount we needed so I bought H&M tablecloths (they have the best colours and so affordable) cut them up and mum helped me with sewing hems.
Our table runners and ceremony tablecloth was fabric left over from a curtain job my mother in law was doing. Our cake tablecloth was my Zara one from our home dining table and the table it sat on is our little bistro garden table.
I bought taper candles from H&M, lanterns from Wilkinsons and other bits and pieces from places like Oliver Bonas and Matalan.
I didn’t want the traditional 3 tier cake so opted for something more contemporary with splatters of gold and dressed in flowers.

Minimoon in Dorset – we spent 3 nights after our wedding in Dorset, exploring the coast and just relaxing!
Honeymoon in Mauritius – we went on our honeymoon 2 months later.

Our photo time together! It was so special going off and having time together at different points of the day to capture moments just the two of us.
We also had our top table as just the two of us so we could spend time chatting together and watching all our guests have fun.

There is always a cheaper way to recreate something you desperately want so don’t let budget hold you back! Charity shops, Facebook marketplace and car boots will have so many hidden gems.
