Intimate & Warm Winter The Royal Oak Marylebone Wedding

Welcome to Shannon and Peter’s divine The Royal Oak Marylebone wedding in London. Their city chic wedding was warm, relaxed and oh-so intimate, which was held in between Christmas and the New Year.

They wed at Old Marylebone Town Hall and in the evening partied at The Wild Monkey Waldorf Hilton. Guests were transported around London on a vintage bus, there was a candlelit lunch and the most romantic atmosphere.

I adore Shannon’s stylish black wedding dress and veil, meanwhile, Peter looked dapper in a suit with an open-collar shirt. Look out for the divine white wedding flowers, the lovely confetti moment and the stunning portraits on the streets of London. Amazingly their day came in at £7000 too. Wow!

We had a live singer who was absolutely amazing and made the whole day, people still can’t stop talking about him! His name is Andrew King and his Instagram is bandofking.

We also had a vintage wedding bus to transport the guests through London which was magical.

My dress is from House of CB, veil is from Etsy and my shoes were on sale from Primark for £7.

Pete’s suit is custom-made from Moss Bros.

The Honeymoon

We are honeymooning on our 1-year anniversary in Cancun, Mexico for 2 weeks.

The Styling & Decor

We bought candles from Ikea for the tables and table runners from Amazon. We didn’t buy anything we wouldn’t use again and would just go to waste. We didn’t have a cake or fresh flowers.

Memorable Moments

Sitting at lunch with our closest friends and family, hearing them all have a good time. Dancing the night away with everyone we love.

Advice For Other Couples

Relax, a wedding is meant to be fun! As long as you are both there on the day, nothing else matters. I hailed a cab the morning of, I didn’t even have transport. There is no point stressing, it is meant to be a day of fun.

No one will even notice the small things but they will notice you are unhappy and stressed.

Could it get any more beautiful!? Oh my!
