Romantic Blush Pink Wedding Ideas with Candles & Fairy Lights

It’s all about the romance with today’s wedding ideas editorial. Think blush pink styling, teamed with candles, fairy lights and an abundance of flowers artfully created by Sweet Pea Rosa. I love how this shoot evokes a feeling of warmth and cosiness. It could perhaps be held during the Autumn/Winter season and by using pastel colours, which are typically used in the Spring/Summer months, it really brings a modern and cool vibe to the colour palette. I can’t help but feel festive when gazing at the lighting and gold accents too.

There was also elegant calligraphy stationery, an incredible floral buttercream cake and some serious fashion choices. The groom looks very dapper in a grey suit and the bride wears a tulle and lace two piece gown. Wow! Also look out for the wild flower installation, the pretty bouquet and fantastic bridal hair and make up looks. It was all captured so perfectly too by Meghan Lorna. Oh yes!

The vision for this styled shoot of warm pastel tones against a backdrop of rustic wooden panels and floors, incorporating movement and energy from the bride was brought to life when our fantastic team came together, each with their own expertise field.

We selected flowers with lots of ruffles and layers to give that romantic essence, in peaches, pinks and whites, with a touch of lilac, and incorporated fruits to dress the table, which provided a bit of opulence. We used blush pinks for the tablecloth and napkins, together with candles to compliment and add warmth.

Our photographer Meghan Lorna captured the light and movement beautifully, whilst also adding her own style.

Our bride is a free spirit who loves to dance, wearing a stunning two piece gown by Suzanne Harrington Brides.
