Hands up, who is missing Bridgerton?! ✨ I for one can’t wait for the next season and this glorious Bridgerton wedding ideas editorial is bringing back all the regency vibes but in a totally modern way.
I am head over heels for the blue and lilac colour scheme, it’s so dreamy and whimsical. The hues work perfectly throughout, from the smoke bombs to the curved stationery and the swoon-worthy flowers. The bride and groom look stunning in their fashionable attire, there was delicious cuisine and a sensational table set up. There is no way you won’t find an amazing idea to takeaway here.
Thanks so much to Cleya Asulon for sharing these incredible shots with us, what a feast for the eyes!

The shooting was created by Cléa, the photographer from Cleya Asulon. After watching the TV Show Bridgerton, I wanted to create a styled shooting inspired by this show. I had this feeling this could be a great inspiration for future brides and grooms, a bit as the tv show Peaky Blinders has been. BUT I wanted to create something more modern and contemporary than the regency style. I wanted something accessible but no less majestic than the tv show scenography and decors. I chose to base my moldboard on colours, that I found really important in the show: the baby blue, the colour of the Bridgerton family and the lilac that is very present in the flowers, as seen on the family mansion’s wisteria. From those colours, the emphasis has been put on two scenery: the ceremony and the buffets. I wanted this effect of abundance but without feeling oppressed, it had to keep an aerial aspect. The tv show is actually working more as an excuse to create something unexpected in the wedding industry, drawn from a televisual phenomenon, and adapted to our era.
It was also really interesting to manipulate blue and lilac as main colors, it is not that much seen in weddings, or when you are looking for inspirations in those tints…Hum, it is old fashion, most of the time.

In this project, I have been joined by many vendors and suppliers. The venue offers a wonderful and ligthtfull rotunda. In the region, we have seen the château a lot into fine art images, I found interesting to include it in a different photographic style and allows future brides and grooms to discover the place on another angle.

The floral art is wonderfully done by Sarah, she created those arrangements for an indoor ceremony, perfectly as I imagined them: graphic, asymmetric, impressive. The catering by Mazette is…enticing, right?! Colorful, abundant, delicious, I wanted to create a grazing table to suggest the abundant buffet you could find at the court. They make Pintxos, french bread toast, with curated ingredients, ham, cheese, sea products, edible flowers, to create beautiful food paintings, that are also so easy to eat. They are presented on hand crafted wood boards by Simplement Bois.
For the dress we wanted something to remember empire dresses…But this style is not really fashionable these days. We opted for cups, lacing and laces with a dress from Les Filles Fidèles showroom. The groom is wearing a delicate pastel blue suit with an original tie knot. Makeup and hair has been thought in harmony with the rest, delicate lilac on the eyes by Victoria and vintage hair curls by Jennifer. Everything has also been captured in video by the great Rémi Charrière on a beautiful and timeless music by Ludovico Einaudi.
