We are off to beautiful Norway today for the amazing wedding of Pauline and Robin, held at Romskog Spa on the 6th July 2019. A simple and bohemian style was order of the day and what a beautiful celebration it turned out to be! Firstly Pauline and Robin were wed outside beside the water, against a stunning flower arch decorated with greenery and drapes galore. It really made for a spectacular place to say I do.
They then headed to the forest for some seriously gorgeous portraits with their photographer Maximilian Photography, who has provided all of the stunning images today, thanks so much for sharing with us Jon! After the portraits the party started indoors, with beautiful decorations including brass candlesticks, grey candles, eucalyptus and bountiful blooms. I also just adore their outfits, Pauline looked incredible in her long sleeve gown and plaited hair style, while Robin looked very smart in a tuxedo. What a wonderful wedding day indeed.

Almost identical dresses from Samsøe & Samsøe. Marine blue.

Bridal dress from Nordic Wedding Store & Outlet in Årjang Sweden.
Ladybird Bridal brand. Chose this dress because it was simple and bohemian, a little different from the typical classic wedding dress.
Tuxedo from The Player, Oslo. Vitale Barberis Canonico brand. Chose this because the groomsman bought the same tuxedo for his wedding with great experience. We thought it also would look nice to have the same tuxedo.

The whole day, but the ceremony when the bride walked to the altar with our oldest child (Vilde 5 years) was the most memorable.
Be early with the planning and expect things to take a little longer than planned. Finish preparations well ahead of the big day, including small details. (These eat up time fast)
