Summer Brights Jewelled Glamour Wedding Ideas

Take a lovely long lie in this Sunday with these gorgeous wedding ideas.

The concept of this shoot was summer brights in rich jewel hues. I adore the table scape set up at Elvetham Hotel under the vibrant pink blossom tree, the florals were out of this world beautiful teamed with the luxe crockery and décor.

The modern cake looked amazing in it’s gold metallic colour way and delicate iced flowers. While the divine bride and groom looks and glam stationery really brought these images to life.

“Welcome to our summer brights styled bridal shoot, drenched in luxurious colours and oozing style, nestled in the grounds of the stunning Elvetham Hotel in Hampshire.

Inspired by gem stone colour palettes, we wanted to bring a little bit of whimsical glamour to The Elvetham and showcase how simple it can be to bring your indoor wedding to the great outdoors. Steeped in history, the venue is the perfect host of any celebration. It is home to immaculate grounds and manicured gardens which were the ideal place to set up a simple rustic table for an intimate affair.

The lovely ladies from White Lilac Flowers created a table-runner of foliage and flowers in bright pinks, blues and greens. These were interspersed with gold and coloured glass vases and tea-light holders and overseen by two large gold candelabras, injecting a touch of glamour into the simple yet elegant tablescape. From the blossom tree, we hung glass terrariums and filled them with large blousy flowers to add a touch of dimension and height to the set up.

Alongside the table, our white Bubblegum Balloons provided the perfect addition to our styling with their brightly coloured tassels. Couvert Event Hire provided us with the beautiful place settings, including beaded charger plates, gold rimmed flutes and coloured glassware. I’m seeing an increasing trend in couples wanting something a little bit different than your standard catering crockery and cutlery and Couvert certainly fit the bill with their array of items. Academy Hire kindly leant us some of their white Louis Chairs which contrasted beautifully with the simple wooden table – again, an increasing trend for 2016/2017 with brides and grooms opting to mix, contrast and in some cases, clash their styles.

Yevnig of Unique Cakes by Yevnig presented a tall square tiered cake, adorned with flowers and trickling colours. Almost with a rainbow-effect, it proudly adds opulence and a luxurious element to the shoot.

Our brides were dressed by Amaryllis Bridalwear in stunning Maggie Sotterro and Justin Alexander gowns and were accessorised by jewellery and headpieces from Donna Crain. NW Make Up transformed the look by using neutral tones and keeping the bridal hair elegant yet stylish. The grooms wore suits and shoes provided by Hire 5, and were accesorised with brightly coloured pocket squares, cravats and ties – an easy yet effective way to marry the different coloured elements of your wedding together. The brides held an oversized floral bouquet filled with bright romantic flowers, a gentle compliment to the floral display elsewhere.

Envite Stationery brought our gem stone concept to life by adorning the wedding stationery with brightly coloured crystals.
