Ceremony Only

Usually this 2 hour package covered bride’s arrival, the ceremony, and group/family and couple portraits afterwards. However this does depend what your plans are and I’ll shoot whatever it is you want me to within the time booked!

Hi, I’m Jonathan and I shoot weddings with an elegant, timeless style that broadly falls into the fine art wedding photography genre. I’ve worked as a true hybrid photographer/videographer since 2020, with a range of clients from celebrities and hair product companies to the NHS. I started shooting weddings in 2022, primarily as a videographer. I was urged by colleagues to consider wedding photography – I fell in love with it. I actually think it’s the best job in the world and it’s now an obsession. Since then I’ve been photographing luxury weddings all around the UK and beyond, including Norway and the Dordogne. I trained with some leading UK wedding photographers (the guys that shoot celebrity weddings), initially shooting for free, then being paid as a second, and then associate shooting weddings on their behalf for their clients. At the same time I began to book my own wedding clients and this makes my heart sing.

Additional to the quality and style of photography I offer and I aim to provide fantastic service, making working with me enjoyable and fun! As standard I have at least one pre-wedding meeting with you about a month before your wedding, I deliver your photos via a high end online gallery, through which you and anyone you share the gallery with (parents love this!) can EASILY order the highest quality prints, folios, albums and much more – directly through the gallery platform.

Your gallery will usually be a mixture of creatively shot documentary photography, beautiful group shots, and some next level portraits. The amount of posed photos is up to you. You want magazine editorial type shots with your ‘I Do Crew’? We’ll do them. You’d like a more discrete, quiet approach? I’m here for that. When you book, we’ll talk and you can tell me what does and doesn’t matter to you, so you get the type of photography – and photographer – that’s perfect for you and your day. Of course I’ll offer my experience and advice where it’s helpful!

On shorter days, such as when just shooting your ceremony, I aim to give as much value as possible with the limited time. This means that after the ceremony, I’ll work with you to maximising the remaining time, for example to get you some beautiful portraits and cover your groups shots too.
