Hi Nicholas, could you firstly tell WWW readers a little bit about you and your company?

I’ve worked for Diamond Heaven for almost 10 years now. When we started there was a small team of us which has grown to a rather larger team in multiple locations. We were founded on the idea of giving the power of buying diamond jewellery (Wedding Rings included) back to the customer.

What do you love and dislike about your job?

I love that we’ve come so far in the last 10 years and hearing people say ‘you should definitely go see Diamond Heaven’ is one of the most satisfying points for sure. Major dislike would probably be not having enough time in the day to get everything I’d like done!

How did your business get into the wedding industry?

We started off by predominately selling Diamond Engagement Rings, so Wedding Rings and Bridal Jewellery was a natural progression after that. It’s also a great thing seeing people go through the different stages of their lives together; getting engaged, getting married and coming back on all the important occasions in their lives. You really get to build a quite unique relationship.

Tell us about a typical day at Diamond Heaven.

We’re quite a multifaceted business; we have our stores as well as our website so there are a lot of different tasks to be carried out. From making sure the Jewellery is presented correctly, looking after perspective clients and most importantly making sure all our Wedding rings are ready for customers’ big day!

What do you aim to achieve for your clients?

We want them to find their dream ring at an affordable price without compromising on quality. We also aim to ensure a pressure free buying process while offering expert advice as required.

What have you done to make the buying process easier?

Shopping for wedding rings can be quite daunting when you first start looking. There’s a lot choices customers have to make; what style ring do I want? What metal should I go for? Diamonds or no Diamonds? 

To help customers along the way we have recently produced a comprehensive guide. It is entitled ‘The Essential Guide to Buying Your Wedding Rings’ and answers those all important questions every wedding ring shopper has.

Do you have any tips for couples in selecting their Wedding Rings?

Keep an open mind. A lot of our customers come in with a specific idea and go away with something completely different. So try a few different options on before making a definitive decision; there are some truly stunning designs available!

Are you seeing any trends for the year ahead?

Currently we’re seeing a big revival for Rose Gold. Vintage style jewellery has been on the up on the last few years and customers are now looking for different metal options as well. Rose Gold can give an Engagement or Wedding ring a completely different appeal to Gold and Platinum.

Can you give us a teaser about what you are working on now?

We’re currently working to improve our infinity collection to include matching wedding bands as well as a complete overhaul of our packaging. We want our customers to be blown away from the minute they receive it.
