{w} Hi VOH , could you firstly tell {www} readers a little bit about you?
We’re a 1940s and 1950s reproduction fashion company who make gorgeous and comfortable clothing for real women. Everything is based on original designs from the 1940s and 50s, and we pride ourselves on being completely British; from our production at our London factory to good old-fashioned customer service.

{w} What do you love/dislike about your job?
I love creating things that you ladies love; from finding a fabulous new fabric for our best-selling circle dresses, to bringing out a brand new design that sells out almost straight away, it’s a wonderful process! And it’s also very nice to try out all of the clothes myself!

{w} How did you get into the wedding industry?

The wedding dresses were a natural progression of the collection and we found that a 50s style wedding is very popular with today’s brides and bridesmaids.

{w} What do you aim to achieve for your clients?

My dresses have been labelled ‘confidence boosters’ by our customers and this is exactly what I wanted from my designs: For women to feel feminine and confident in their own skin.

{w} Could you tell us some information about your packages/prices?

Our dresses range from £59-£140, and we also sell separates including trousers, blouses, pencil skirts and tops which start at £35. We try to keep the prices down to make sure that you girls can afford to look glamorous whenever you like!
