Summer Wedding Colour Ideas In The Most Gorgeous Tones

Usually during different seasons in the wedding world, you may feel like there are rules for your colours. However – it’s just colour, right? You don’t actually have to have colours that tie into your chosen wedding season or date.

If you adore deep dark tones and want to use them in your summer wedding, you ruddy well go for it. But, if you do want traditional summer colours, that’s perfect too.

Guess what? You don’t have to have a colour scheme. So many of the real weddings I feature didn’t have a set colour palette or used loads of different colours. So before you go off to the colour ideas image gallery below, decide if a formal theme is right for you as a couple.

Choosing one or two colours will help to keep everything more simple during your planning. Although you can of course bring together a variety of different hues as well. When picking multiple tones, think about having one or two primary colours, with other shades as accents. Metallic tones are an ideal way to add extra texture plus they match almost everything!
