In a career of 30 or so years I have shot over 1000 weddings now spread over four countries, attended ceremonies from the Ritz to the Savoy, beautiful castles from Leeds to Hever and stunning hotels from Eastwell Manor to Chilston Park. And certainly honoured to be ranked within the top 1% of wedding photographers in the United Kingdom.

Tell couples about your experience and approach
I used to be a commercial fashion and advertising photographer up until the early 90's but decided to plough headlong into wedding capture, in truth I wanted to make a difference. Wedding photography at that time was super formal and static, it didn't show personality just endless groups of people and lots of soft focus!
Due to my magazine background my style from the beginning was free flowing, informal and fresh, in direct contrast to my competitors at the time.
Today I really work to achieve the very best story telling images for my clients, I want them to have something exciting, special and often unique and different to take away.
