Below is our 'Premium Wedding Day Package'.

This includes a 45 min solo acoustic set earlier in the day followed by the band playing their 2 x45 minute set. The set includes 1 song request made in advance.
The band will also be accompanied by our saxophonist who will also perform over some of the interval music.
After the band finish our singer Tom will stay behind to provide our DJ service for up to 2 hours into the night.

This package gives you bespoke piano music for each stage of your day!
For your Ceremony, I will provide music for guests entering the room, as well as your choice of Bridal Entrance, music for signing the register, and also your exit music – we will work together to make choose the right material and fit it around your plans.
For the drinks reception I can quickly relocated (if needed) and be ready to kick of your celebration with light-hearted and upbeat music - I want to make your and your guests feel celebratory and free to mingle and toast your marriage!
Following this I will provide music for your Wedding Breakfast, with most relaxed, tasteful musical choices to melt in to the background and provide the perfect atmosphere for you and your guests to enjoy the meal (and a sit down!)
I will work with you to make choices about your preferred style of music and ensure everything is tailored to your tastes.

The Full Day Package includes (subject to change by request):
• Performance during the arrival of guests before wedding ceremony
• Performance during wedding ceremony, including the processional, the kiss, and the recessional
• Performance during the arrival of guests before evening reception
• Performance during the first dance
• Choice of any songs in the Performer’s existing repertoire, or any songs with publicly obtainable string quartet arrangement scores
• Choice of 2 songs (not included above) to be arranged originally for the event
• Any transportation of the Performer’s equipment and travel costs to the venue

The Client agrees to:
• Ensure venue access at least 1 hour prior to performance.
• Provide a performance space of at least 4m x 3m.
• Provide 4 armless chairs.
• Ensure appropriate licensing is in place.
• Provide a suitable changing room facility to be made available for the Performer’s
sole, private and secure use.

For bookings exceeding 5 hours, the Client shall provide:
• A hot meal for each person
• Reasonable refreshments throughout the day

The Performer will usually perform acoustically.
If amplification or other audio equipment is needed, the Client must arrange and provide it, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This includes microphones, sound systems, power supply, technician support, and venue approval.

For any outdoor performance, the Client shall provide suitable cover and protection for the performers and their instruments. This must protect against rain, excessive sunlight, wind, and extreme temperatures.

Most venues have a place for The Band, and most are big enough. We simply ask for roughly 4m x 3m and 2 separate power sockets so it couldn't be easier. Outside venue? The band will take a short break between sets, with filler music being provided free of charge during the interval. On request filler music can be played following the final performance, to keep you dancing until bedtime (or at least until your DJ arrives!)
The band sets up approx. 1-2 hours in advance as agreed with the venue for the afternoon slot, and between 17:30 and 18:30 for the evening slot ready for guests arriving at 19:30.
