Wedding Celebrants in Bodmin

I get to know you through separate questionnaires, a proper conversation, and stories from the friends and family who know you best. Then I write and deliver a ceremony full of the memories, habits and running jokes your guests will recognise, with laughter, heart, and promises that matter.

This is my complete ceremony service, from getting to know you to helping everything run smoothly on the day. With your agreement, selected loved ones can contribute their own memories and perspectives. Those conversations often uncover the details that make the ceremony feel unmistakably yours.

I'll write your ceremony from scratch and work through the wording with you until it feels right. You can be relaxed, emotional, funny, traditional or a mix of all four. The aim is to tell your story in a way that feels natural to you.

Your package includes:
• Separate questionnaires for both of you, plus optional contributions from friends and family.
• A dedicated storytelling and planning conversation.
• A bespoke ceremony script, collaborative revisions and unlimited planning conversations.
• Personal support with your vows, readings, music and symbolic rituals.
• A virtual ceremony run-through.
• Coordination with your venue, photographer and ceremony participants.
• Early arrival, ceremony delivery and up to four hours' attendance on the day.
• Use of my speaker and wireless microphones if needed.
• A keepsake copy of your ceremony.
• Travel within the advertised service area, included in the package price.

An in-person venue rehearsal is optional and costs £175. Reception hosting is available through my Wedding Ceremony + Reception MC package.

This is a celebrant-led ceremony; legal marriage formalities are arranged separately.

The 2026/2027 fee for a beautiful bespoke Signature Package service is £650.00, including tax. This fee ensures the following; You will have a fantastic, modern ceremony shaped around the two of you
Your ceremony will be written just for you - no templates or re-used scripts
You will receive a beautifully commemorative wedding certificate to mark the occasion
You will either meet with your celebrant in person, if feasible, or via video call at some stage of the planning process, to run through the ceremony and ceremony elements
Your celebrant arrives one hour before your ceremony to get organised, to pop in and say hi, if you're getting ready on-site and to speak to all of those involved in the ceremony, ahead of the ceremony.
Your celebrant will have their own PA system and microphone for the ceremony.

Planning your main wedding celebration in England or abroad, but looking for something more personal than completing the legalities at a registry office?
You can legally marry in Northern Ireland with me as your authorised celebrant, then have me join you again for your full wedding ceremony at your chosen venue.
Your Northern Ireland ceremony can be beautifully intimate and simple, with just the two of you, your witnesses and the people closest to you.
Then, when the main celebration arrives, whether that is in England, Portugal, Italy or somewhere completely different, I can be there again to conduct your personalised ceremony.

Together we will create a ceremony that is unique and personal and that represents who you are as a couple. We can meet either virtually or in person as much as is necessary before the ceremony; I can be flexible and understand the need for everything to be just right for your day. As an ex English teacher, I understand the importance of language so I am happy to write a number of drafts until the wording is perfect for you.
Fun or romantic, traditional or deeply personal, you can set whatever tone you like. On the day, I will have familiarised myself with the venue and will be there 100% to support you in your celebration of love.
