Unlimited email and phone updates, ideally a rehearsal the day before (or TBC), and obviously my complete availability for the whole of your wedding day ie I never have any other commitments or time constraints on your chosen date, so I am completely yours!
I have loads of carefully collected examples of readings, music, vows, hand-fasting texts, and much more - very happy to share to give you as much or as little inspiration as you like.

Your ceremony is at the heart of your wedding day, and I’m here to make it truly unique and meaningful. Here’s what you can expect when you book my celebrant services:

1. Initial Consultation:
A relaxed, no-obligation chat (in person or via video call) so we can get to know each other and discuss your vision for the ceremony.

2. Unlimited Communication:
Ongoing support via email or phone throughout the planning process, so you always feel heard and understood.

3. Personalised Ceremony Script:
A completely bespoke ceremony, individually crafted to reflect your personalities, stories, and values, with as much input from you as you wish.

4. Ceremony Planning Advice:
Guidance on readings, music, vows, rituals, and other ceremony elements, so every detail feels just right.

5. Custom Vow Assistance:
If you’d like to write your own vows, I’ll offer tips and feedback to help you craft words from the heart.

6. Ceremony Rehearsal (If Required):
We can arrange a rehearsal to ensure you feel confident and relaxed on the big day.

7. Professional Delivery:
On your wedding day, I’ll arrive early, liaise with your other suppliers, and deliver your ceremony with warmth, professionalism, and joy.

8. Commemorative Ceremony Script:
After your wedding, I’ll send you a keepsake copy of your ceremony script as a memento.

My Classic Ceremony package (£750) includes everything you need to make your bespoke wedding ceremony extra special:

Confirmation that your wedding is the only booking I will take on your chosen date
Unlimited contact by phone/video chat or email, and up to two in-person meetings, dependent on distance from Sussex* (excluding a walk-through rehearsal)
As much, or as little, advice and guidance on writing your own vows as you require
Assistance with choosing appropriate readings for your ceremony, if you wish
Advice and guidance during the planning process on the logistics and choreography of your ceremony
A beautiful, bespoke, professionally-written ceremony
Handmade booklets for your vows and readings, bound with handmade paper and decorated with silk ribbon to match your theme and colour-scheme

Option to include one of the following symbolic elements:

Hand tying, including up to three cords and charms​, chosen to match your theme and colour-scheme

Unity candle ceremony, including two taper candles and unity candle, all personalised with your names and date of your wedding

Sand ceremony, including up to three colours of sand (chosen by you), and appropriate vessel

Commemorative wedding certificate, which may also be signed by up to four witnesses if you wish

A beautiful, handmade, hardback copy of your wedding ceremony script

Beautiful, handmade copies of your ceremony, bound in handmade paper and decorated with silk ribbon for you to give to your parents / witnesses etc.

The 2026/2027 fee for a beautiful bespoke Signature Package service is £650.00, including tax. This fee ensures the following; You will have a fantastic, modern ceremony shaped around the two of you
Your ceremony will be written just for you - no templates or re-used scripts
You will receive a beautifully commemorative wedding certificate to mark the occasion
You will either meet with your celebrant in person, if feasible, or via video call at some stage of the planning process, to run through the ceremony and ceremony elements
Your celebrant arrives one hour before your ceremony to get organised, to pop in and say hi, if you're getting ready on-site and to speak to all of those involved in the ceremony, ahead of the ceremony.
Your celebrant will have their own PA system and microphone for the ceremony.

Together we will create a ceremony that is unique and personal and that represents who you are as a couple. We can meet either virtually or in person as much as is necessary before the ceremony; I can be flexible and understand the need for everything to be just right for your day. As an ex English teacher, I understand the importance of language so I am happy to write a number of drafts until the wording is perfect for you.
Fun or romantic, traditional or deeply personal, you can set whatever tone you like. On the day, I will have familiarised myself with the venue and will be there 100% to support you in your celebration of love.
