Snowy Winter Wonderland Igloo Hotel Wedding

Just you wait, Irene and Stian were married in a snowy winter wonderland with an igloo wedding! Set at their local venue, Sorrisniva in Norway, their day was an utter dream, with snowfalls, their dogs pulling them along to their ceremony by sledge and of course, the cosiest and most stylish of wedding wear.

Their day told their story perfectly, as well as their values and way of life. If you’re dreaming of winter, it’s coming…

The Proposal

14.02.20 Valentine’s at home with all of our children. The wedding was delayed by a year because of covid.

The Vision

A magical day in the winter landscape that reflect our values and our personalities.

Our dogs are a big part of us, our interests and our family and we wanted to have them and mushing as a part of the day.

Budget

We had a lot of help from friends and family – it spared us of time and money, and made the day even more special to us.

Your Outfits

Stian has a dark blue suit.

I had a dress from Maggie Sottero bought in Tromsø. When I tried it on it felt perfect from the first moment – I felt like a princess. Good friends did both the makeup and hair.

Your Photographer

Our photographer captured our day in a fantastic and magical way. She was professional and at the same time warm and listened to our wishes.

The Venue

The Igloo Hotel is in our local environment and shows the magic of winter. Stian’s father has helped build the hotel, thus making it even more special for us.
